Users seek to utilize Hall Services webiste for his or her own purposes. Payments:
Payments for any and all services are Due On Receipt of the invoice.
Invoices are sent via regular usps mail and/or email and Due On Receipt.

Financial Agreement:
User agrees to the terms, conditions contained herein and the terms and conditions in any contract or letter of intent and of the payment processor (if any) for Hall Services.

TAXES:
Hall Services shall not be liable for any taxes or other fees to be paid in accordance with or related to purchases made by the user from Hall Services website. User agrees to take full responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with such products sold.

MATERIAL PRODUCED:
Hall Services will provide you with material and data in a condition that is "user-ready" only after all invoices have cleared, which is in a form requiring no additional manipulation on the part of the company.

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTS:
Hall Services warrants that it has the right to use the applicable trademarks, if any.

TERMINATION:
User agrees to the terms and conditions policy of Hall Services And the terms and conditions policy of the payment processor (if any). failure to adhere to either policy will be grounds for termination without refund.

LIMITED LIABILITY:
User expressly agrees that the use of any Hall Services is at users sole risk. Neither Hall Services, its employees, affiliates, agents, third party information providers, merchants licensers or the like, warrant that Hall Services will not be interrupted or error free, nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information service or merchandise contained in or provided through the Hall Services website, unless otherwise expressly stated in this contract. Notwithstanding the above, Users exclusive remedies for all damages, losses and causes of actions whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the aggregate amount which user paid (if any) during the term of this or any contract and any reasonable legal fee and court costs.

LAWFUL PURPOSE:
User may only use Hall Services for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Country, Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. To this effect any information on Hall Services for the purpose of illegal distribution or infringement. User agrees to not advocate, sell or in any way make available tools or methods to send unsolicited e-mail, e-mail addresses or postings (spam), or to use Hall Services Servers for relaying unsolicited e-mail, e-mail addresses or postings, or to use unsolicited e-mail, e-mail addresses or postings to advertise for any web site or Hall Services. Any complaint we receive about a violation of this or the preceding two points will be taken very seriously and will result in immediate action against the offender.

INDEMNIFICATION:
User agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Hall Services harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, ("Liabilities") asserted against Hall Services, its agents, its customers, servants and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed. User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hall Services against Liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Hall Services Website. Revisions will be considered agreed to by the user on renewal of service as specified in Section - Financial Agreements assigned by the provider.

TRANSFER:
User may not transfer any account, in any way, by means of giving out user ID, Password or any other means of transfer.

CONTRACT:
